TERMS & CONDITIONS
- 24hs notice is required for cancellations. If you booked through treatwell the full amount will be charged and not refunded. If the booking was done with us we will charge a cancellation fee.
- One week’s notice is required for Group Bookings or Treatments / Services over 3 hours.
- We require a deposit for all treatments over 1 hour in duration.
- No refunds are given on Beauty Treatments, Vouchers or Courses.
- We do not accept Debit / Credit cards under £25.00
- Prices and Treatments are subject to change and availability.
- Nail repair is free within 7 days of getting nails done. After this day, £3.50 per nail is charged. Repair must be done with same nail polish colour, unless we notice a problem with the polish.
- Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 months.
- Sunbed courses are valid for 12 months.
- Courses of Treatments are valid for 8 months.
- Due to Health & Safety regulations, young children are not allowed in the clinic without prior consent from the management.
- Please, keep your belongings with you all times as we will not be held responsible for loss or damage of items.
- If you arrive late for your appointment, we may not be able to administer the full treatment, however you will sill be charged the full price of the treatment.
- You will be required to fill out a questionnaire on your first visit – please make us aware of any allergies you may have or medical conditions prior to your treatment.
- All treatments are carried by fully qualified therapists of high standards (BABTAC, CIBTAC, NVQ, FHT, CIDESCO)
Gift Vouchers are available for treatments or monetary value can be posted upon request.
Courses are available on most treatments and can be tailored to suit your requirements.
Please note: We require a 40% deposit for all Package and Group Bookings.
