We regret that we do not accept credit/debit card payments under the value of £20.00. We require 24hrs notice for the cancellation of appointments or a fee will be charged. A deposit is required for treatments or group bookings over the value of £30. Your deposit will be lost if you do not attend or cancel 24hrs prior to your appointment.

We require 24 hrs cancellation notice if not regrettably the full amount of your treatment may be charged.

We require 72 hrs cancellation notice on group bookings.

We will request a deposit of £20.00 either cash or card details can be taken over the phone to secure your appointment.

No refunds on Beauty Treatments or Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are available in monetary value or as Beauty Treatments.

Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 months.

Sunbed Courses are valid for 12 months.

Courses of Treatments 8 months.

Medical and Cosmetic Treatments are available upon request. Please ask a member of staff at the reception desk.

Due to Health and Safety Regulations children are not allowed in the clinic, without prior consent from management.

We recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so you complete the health questionnaire. Unfortunately, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to administer the full Treatment or possibly you will have to reschedule it.

Please advise us if you have any health issues including all allergies or any medical condition prior to your Treatment.

Please keep your valuable belongings with you at all times as we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of items.

All treatments are carried out by fully qualifies therapists of high standards (BABTAC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, NVQ, FHT)
